Bethlehem Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Bushkill Teens

Bradley Larry Parker, 21, of Bethlehem allegedly went to the Bushkill Township home of a 14-year-old girl where he picked both her and her 15-year-old friend up and took them to his home.

A Bethlehem man is accused of bringing a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl to his home where he plied them with drinks and had sex with them, according to a criminal complaint filed by city police Thursday. Bradley Larry Parker, 21, of 1849 Barbara St., was charged with statutory rape and corruption of minors and was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail. According to the complaint, the incident happened in late August. Parker allegedly went to the Bushkill Township home of the 14-year-old where he picked both her and her 15-year-old friend up and took them to Bethlehem. It is not clear from the complaint how Parker knew the two teen-age girls. The complaint alleges that after they all went to Parker’s home…

After working out a plea deal, Jason Lippincott, 32, of Nazareth is expected to plead guilty in Northampton County Court to sexually assaulting two 14-year-old friends.

A plea deal is in the works for a 32-year-old Nazareth man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her 14-year-old friend. About an hour after the preliminary hearing for Jason Lippincott was set to begin Monay, plea deal negotiations ended and Lippincott was finally ready to face District Judge John Capobianco. According to Jason Rendal Antoine, Lippincott's defense attorney, his client will plead guilty in Northampton County Court to charges of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and statutory sexual assault. Police: Upper Nazareth Man Lied About Palmer Detective's Assault

Todd Hoadley, 42, of Upper Nazareth is accused of lying to police -- and forcing three other people to fib as well -- about a Palmer Township detective punching him twice in the face.

Authorities say an Upper Nazareth man’s claim he was punched in the face by a Palmer Township detective is a lie. And they say Todd Hoadley’s claim that his girlfriend, his daughter and his daughter’s friend witnessed the assault is also a lie. In fact, the girlfriend and the daughter’s friend recanted what they previously told police and said they didn’t see any assault. Hoadley, 42, also changed his story somewhat during a second interview. He still insisted he was assaulted but this time could not identify his assailant. He added that he was going to “stick to his story.” In a previous case, Hoadley admitted in Northampton County Court in April 2011 he threatened three girls who argued with his 13-year-old daughter, telling them he was …

Former Teacher Who Had Sex With Student Seeks Work Release

Rachel L. Farrell, the former Bangor Area High School teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old student, has requested work release from Northampton County Prison.

The former Bangor Area High School teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old student -- sometimes in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in Lower Nazareth Township -- is seeking work release, a decision a Northampton County judge says he'll mull over for a few days. According to a report in The Express-Times, Rachel L. Farrell, who was sentenced in June to 5 to 23 months in Northampton County Prison, appeared before Judge Emil Giordano Friday morning to seek the work release. Her attorney, Steven Mills, argued that Farrell has a factory job waiting for her and she is being housed in the work release part of the prison, the report states. Nazareth Man Accused of Raping 14-Year-Old Girl

Jason Lippincott, 32, is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl over the course of five months; also accused of assaulting second 14-year-old girl.

A 32-year-old Nazareth man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting another 14-year-old girl is in Northampton County Prison tonight after failing to post $165,000 bail. Jason Lippincott of the 200 block of Lackawanna Avenue was arraigned Wednesday in front of District Judge Todd Strohe on charges of rape, criminal attempt, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and related charges. According to court records, Lippincott repeatedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl between October 2011 and March 2012. Rachel L. Farrell, of Palmer Township, was accused of having sex with up to four teenage students, but pleaded guilty today to only one charge of corrupting a minor. Farrell's defense attorney had argued for probation, but Judge Emil Giordano gave her prison time. Ex-Teacher Pleads Guilty to Having Sex with Student

Rachel L. Farrell, a former Bangor Area High School teacher, pleads guilty to one count of corruption of minors.

Rachel L. Farrell, the Palmer Township woman accused of having sex with up to four teenage boys, pleaded guilty today to one charge of corrupting a minor. Farrell, 26, faces up to five years in prison with a minimum of nine months of probation, according to The Morning Call, for having sex with a 17-year-old student while she was a teacher at Bangor Area High School. The boy, now 18, told police that Farrell was his 11th grade reading teacher. He said "he and Farrell had sexual intercourse numerous times at many different locations. Many times were in her car or his car parked in secluded locations," according to the affidavit of probable cause. Student, Teacher Allegedly Had Sex in Wal-Mart Parking Lot

Rachel L. Farrell, 25, allegedly had numerous sexual encounters -- which includes sex in the parking lot of the Lower Nazareth Wal-Mart -- with her students.

Charges have been filed against Rachel L. Farrell, 25, of 2338 Northwood Ave., Palmer Township for having sex with students from Bangor Area High School, according to the Northampton County District Attorney’s office. Farrell, a former teacher at Bangor H.S., allegedly admitted to police on Dec. 16 that she had had sex with two 17-year-old boys from the school. She submitted her resignation at the same time. At a press conference Tuesday morning, District Attorney John Morganelli said Farrell had affairs with up to four students, and had an extended relationship with at least one, according to The Express-Times. Nazareth Man Facing 100 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography

Christopher Rothrock, 45, allegedly exchanged explicit text messages with a 12-year-old girl; police then discovered several videos and thousands of images of child pornography in his possession.

After it was reported to the Nazareth Borough Police Department that a 45-year-old borough man exchanged explicit text messages with a 12-year-old girl, the ensuing investigation led police to several videos and thousands of images of child pornography in his possession. Christopher Rothrock, of the 300 block of Belvidere Street, was arraigned Thursday morning before District Judge John Capobianco and charged with 100 counts of sexual abuse of children – possession of child pornography, one count of corruption of minors, and one count of criminal solicitation.
