'I Thought This Was the End for Me,' Robbery Victim Says

Easton couple gets state prison sentence for holding up Lower Nazareth pharmacy.

An Easton couple could spend the next decade in state prison for robbing a local pharmacy to feed their drug habit, according to published reports. Gregory and Lindsey Dalrymple, both 30, received state prison terms Monday in Northampton County Court after a judge heard from a pharmacist at the Lower Nazareth Walmart who testified about being robbed by the couple last year. "He kept yelling I had three seconds to get the Fentanyl into the bag or I would get shot," pharmacist Scott Gordon testified, later adding: "I thought this was the end for me." Shoplifter Stole from Walmart and Kohl's, Police Say

Colonial Regional Police say they discovered stolen Walmart items while investigating a Kohl's theft.

An alleged shoplifter took one too many chances, Colonial Regional Police say. Nicole M. Campbell, 21, of the 100 block of Kristin Place, Williams Township, is facing retail theft charges after she allegedly stole $158.44 in merchandise from Kohl’s in Lower Nazareth Township. Around 5 p.m. April 4, loss-prevention staff told police Campbell put clothing—worth $158.44—in her purse. She then left the store and was stopped in the parking lot, according to police. Campbell also was issued a citation for retail theft, police say, for allegedly stealing $96.46 in merchandise from Walmart, which is near Kohl’s in the Northampton Crossings shopping center. While investigating the Kohl’s theft, police say, they discovered the stolen Walmart goods. …

Man Flees Walmart After Stealing Vacuums, Police Say

Scott Anthony Folmar, 43, of Wilson is accused of stealing vacuums from Walmart in the Northampton Crossings shopping center.

A Wilson Borough man was arrested and charged hours after he allegedly stole vacuums from Walmart in Lower Nazareth Township. Scott Anthony Folmar, 43, of the 2000 block of Sycamore Street, was arrested at his home Saturday night by the Wilson Borough and Colonial Regional police departments. He has been charged with felony retail theft, according to a press release. Walmart loss-prevention staff called police around 3:51 p.m. Saturday, police say, to report a retail theft in progress. A man, later identified as Folmar, was observed stealing vacuum cleaners, according to police. Man Peeing at Walmart Had Flare & Stun Guns, Police Say

Police say a convicted felon found urinating on the parking lot of Walmart in Lower Nazareth Township was in possession of drug paraphernalia, a stun gun and a flare gun.

Police spotted a Monroe County man urinating on the parking lot of Walmart in Lower Nazareth Township and discovered he had a stun gun and a flare gun. The gun problem for the suspect, Robert James Forgione, 45, of Canadensis is that he’s not allowed to have guns because of previous burglary convictions in New York, court records say. The case, handled by Colonial Regional Police, began about 9:40 Sunday night when Officer Andy Laudenslager said he saw Forgione urinating on the parking lot of Walmart in the Northampton Crossings shopping center at Routes 33 and 248. Laudenslager writes in a criminal complaint he then saw a blue metal smoking device with marijuana residue on the center console of Forgione’s vehicle—a blue 2009 Nissan Titan …

Couple Plead Guilty to Robbing Walmart Pharmacy

Gregory and Lindsey Dalrymple, the married couple accused of robbing the Walmart pharmacy in Lower Nazareth, plead guilty to robbery.

The husband and wife team accused in an August gunpoint robbery of the Walmart pharmacy in Lower Nazareth Township pleaded guilty Monday to felony robbery charges. Lindsey A. Dalrymple, 29, of 525 Avenue F in Stroudsburg, and her husband, Gregory Dalrymple, 30, of 18 N. 11th St., Easton, negotiated a plea deal, court records say. Judge Edward Smith ordered both to undergo drug, alcohol and mental health evaluations before sentencing on April 29. The Dalrymples remain in Northampton County Prison in lieu of $150,000 each, court records say. Forks Man Fled Wal-Mart Security after Failed TV Theft, Police say

Brian Clarke, 23, of Forks Township is charged with one count of retail theft after allegedly trying to steal a 50-inch TV from the Lower Nazareth Wal-Mart.

A Forks Township man tried to steal a 50-inch television from the Lower Nazareth Wal-Mart, according to Colonial Regional Police. Brian Clarke, 23, of Acorn Drive, is charged with one count of retail theft. According to court records, Clarke went to the store early Monday, loaded the Sony television into a shopping cart, and then walked out the front door. A security guard gave chase, and Clarke allegedly abandoned the TV in the parking lot. Police put out an alert, and Clarke was picked up in Easton, where officers found the TV's anti-theft device in his car. Clarke was arraigned before District Judge Richard Yetter. He is free on 10 percent of $5,000 bail.

Easton Woman Angered by Vehicle Tow Faces Charges

Donna Moyer, 46, of Easton was driving through Lower Nazareth Township with a suspended license and registration when police stopped her vehicle and called for a tow truck.

An Easton woman currently on probation for stealing about $4,000 from her employer is facing new charges after allegedly refusing to exit her vehicle while it was being impounded. Donna Moyer, 46, of the 100 block of W. Madison St., was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and several traffic offenses for the Dec. 26 incident, according to Colonial Regional Police.  In September 2011, Moyer was charged with stealing about $4,000 in cash from Wal-Mart when she was an employee at the Northampton Crossings store. Moyer pleaded guilty in May to a misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to pay $3,925.36 in restitution, according to court records. Judge Emil Giordano also sentenced her to a maximum of three years' …

Wife of Alleged Armed Robber Planned Drug Heist, Police say

Lindsey Dalrymple, 29, who was allegedly suffering withdrawal symptoms from Fentanyl, is charged with masterminding a plan to hold up the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Lower Nazareth Township.

The wife of an Easton man accused in an August gunpoint robbery of the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Lower Nazareth Township was the alleged mastermind of the plot, supplied the gun and drove the getaway vehicle, according to court papers. Woman Tried to Cheat Walmart's Return Policy, Police say

Loriann Graham, 41, of Wayne County is accused of trying to cash in on a returned vacuum cleaner she never purchased in the first place.

Colonial Regional Police say a Wayne County woman attempted to return a vacuum cleaner to the Lower Nazareth Walmart Thursday afternoon... without having paid for it in the first place. Loriann Graham, 41, of Newfoundland, is charged with one count of retail theft. According to court papers, Walmart security spotted Graham put a vacuum cleaner in her shopping cart and then take it to customer service and try to "return" it. When Graham was unable to show a receipt for the vacuum, she tried to leave the store. Security guards stopped her before she reached the exit. Graham was arraigned before on-duty District Judge Gay Elwell in Easton. She was free on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Police: Woman Put New Shoes on Granddaughter, Didn't Pay

A grandmother with a pending retail theft charge allegedly shoplifted $242 in items from a Lower Nazareth department store's children's section.

A Washington Township, Northampton County, grandmother is accused of shoplifting from a Lower Nazareth store with her granddaughter in tow. Millie Lou Kieran, 51, of the 600 block of Richmond Road, was charged Saturday with retail theft following her arrest at the Wal-Mart on Route 248. Colonial Regional Police say Kieran loaded several items -- valued at $242 -- from the children's section into her cart, and then put those items into a shopping bag and left without paying. Police say Kieran also put a pair of new shoes on her granddaughter's feet without paying. Court papers say there is a pending retail theft charge against Kieran in New Jersey. She was arraigned before District Judge Gay Elwell in Easton, and was released on $10,000 …
