Forks Man Admits to Forging Urologist's Signature on Oxy Script

Eric L. Share of Forks Township admitted to stealing a blank prescription form from an area doctor in an effort to obtain 180 tablets of the painkiller Oxycodone.

A Forks Township man who has been cleaning the office of an area urologist admitted to police he stole a blank prescription and forged the doctor’s signature in an effort to obtain 180 tablets of the painkiller Oxycodone, court records say. The suspect, Eric L. Share, 25, of the 1000 block of Greenleaf St., took the forged prescription form to the Walgreens at 1955 Sullivan Trail in Forks on Nov. 1, the records say. The urologist is Dr. Franklin Margolis, who is listed in a computer search as having offices in Phillipsburg and Lower Nazareth Township.
