Here is a listing of what's open and closed on MLK Jr. Day: Nazareth Borough, Upper Nazareth Township, Lower Nazareth Township and Bushkill Township offices: Open. Nazareth Area School District: Closed. Memorial Library of Nazareth and Vicinity: Closed Garbage collection (East Penn Sanitation, Waste Management): Will take place. Post Offices: Closed. There will be no mail delivery. Banks: Have the option to open. Many will close. Northampton County Court of Common Pleas: Closed N.Y. Stock Exchange: Closed. Retail: Most retail establishments will be open.
