Police: .29 BAC Behind Brown-Daub Parking Lot Mishap
A Moore Township was arrested for driving under the influence the same day -- Oct. 12 -- he pleaded guilty to a summary offense of public drunkenness and similar misconduct.
A Moore Township man had a blood-alcohol content of .29 percent when his truck slowly rolled through the parking lot of Brown-Daub Chevrolet in Lower Nazareth Township and struck a Dumpster, according to police. Coincidentally, Raymond L. Yankovich, 46, was arrested for driving under the influence the same day -- Oct. 12 -- he pleaded guilty to a summary offense of public drunkenness and similar misconduct, according to court records. On Oct. 12 around 5:35 p.m., Yankovich was found sleeping -- and uninjured -- behind the wheel of his 1993 Chevrolet Silverado, which sustained front-end damage. According to Colonial Regional Police, witnesses spotted a truck slowly travel through the parking lot of Brown-Daub Chevrolet, 819 Nazareth Pike. …
