Nazareth Area School District Again Named to AP Honor Roll
For the second time in as many years, Nazareth Area School District was named to the AP Honor Roll; NASD is the only district in the Lehigh Valley to receive the distinction.
Honor students and Advanced Placement teachers in the Nazareth Area School District did it again. High school Principal Alan Davis announced this week the district has been named to the 3rd Annual AP Honor Roll. A record 539 public school districts in the U.S. and Canada received the recognition, according to www.collegeboard.org. The award is given to districts that increase the number of students taking the college-level classes while simultaneously maintaining or increasing the percentage of students achieving a 3 or higher out of a possible 5 on AP exams.
