Police: Woman Uses Stroller to Steal from The Bon-Ton, Kohl's
Police says an Easton woman was caught shoplifting at The Bon-Ton the same day she entered a rehabilitation program for shoplifting at Kohl's.
On the same day an accused shoplifter was accepted into a special program for first-time offenders, she became a second-time offender for shoplifting from The Bon-Ton, according to court records. Akilah Hazelann Rose-Frazer of Easton is charged with shoplifting $214.48 of items around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29 from The Bon-Ton in Palmer Park Mall. Last October, Rose-Frazer -- accompanied by two children -- was accused of stealing $293.46 in clothing, jewelry and perfume from Kohl's Department Store in the Northampton Crossings shopping center in Lower Nazareth Township.
