AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I brought a watch in for a new battery, not a great watch, but a good watch. The owner took it in the back, and I realised the mistake I had made. She came back and siad "you have other problems". The back looked as though she had used vise-grips to remove it, and the movement was broken. Totally trached the watch, a 25th anniversary gift. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HACKS!!!
