Bought brand new Neptune washer and dryer from there when they first came out, and while the subsequent break downs of the washer reflected the poor quality of the Neptune and was not the fault of Ralph's.. the fact that their repairman falsely told me for a month that they ordered the parts I needed for them to fix it, WAS. Furthermore, I wrote a letter to the owner expressing my disappointment and got absolutely no response to it. I told him in the letter that I will tell everyone I know about the experience I had with them and I am upholding my end of the bargain and will continue to do so in real life and online. I am glad I found a different store to use for all my appliances and I will NEVER look back! (Lehigh Supply in Bethlehem)

Excellent service! Honestly can't say enough. I walked through their door at 8:30AM, ordered a dryer and had it delivered and installed in my house three hours later. Home Depot or Lowe's would never do that. I tip my hat to the folks at Ralph's! I plan to go back for other appliances as I need them.
