Three weeks ago I mentioned to the manager that the carts needed to be fixed because they were difficult to maneuver. I went shopping there this week and noticed how smooth the cart was. Shopping is difficult enough and adding a difficult cart to this chore is frustrating. The manager was bagging my groceries and I asked him if they fixed them and he said last week someone came in and realigned all of them. I told him how nice it was they took what I had to say and did something about it! I also want to give you credit when the lines get long, you open registers to quickly get your customers on their way. Thank you Giant, it is a pleasure shopping with you.
