Loaves & Fishes Soup Kitchen to Serve Every Saturday

The Loaves & Fishes Soup Kitchen, which serves the residents of Nazareth and Bath, will now be offering meals every Saturday of the month.

The soup kitchen at Christ UCC Church in Bath, serving residents on the second Saturday. As the need grew, the first Saturday was added to the kitchen's schedule.

Volunteers at in Nazareth began serving in 2011. Now in the New Year, has joined the soup kitchen's roster, serving area residents on the fifth Saturday of the month, when applicable.

All meals are free of charge and served at noon. Doors open at 11:45 a.m.

The Loaves & Fishes Schedule:

• Christ UCC Church, 109 S. Chestnut St., Bath
  First and second Saturday of the month

• St. John’s UCC, 183 S. Broad St., Nazareth
  Third and fourth Saturday of the month

• Nazareth Moravian Church, 4 S. Main St., Nazareth
  Fifth Saturday of the month (if applicable)
