Nazareth Days and Sidewalk Sales Heat Up
The borough celebrates Nazareth Day Saturday with a fireworks show.
Get ready for some fun and fireworks and a celebration of everything Nazareth this weekend.
The borough will be holding its annual Nazareth Day Saturday with Sidewalk Sales sponsored by the Nazareth-Bath Area Chamber of Commerce starting Thursday and running through Saturday.
Downtown stores will offer three days of shopping discounts with sidewalk sales.
Nazareth Day festivities kick off at 10 a.m. Saturday and run through 3 p.m.
There will be a chance to ride a trolley, horse and buggy, sample some great food and entertainment and enter a drawing from Merchants Bank for some prizes.
The Borough Council has approved two "frozen zones" and a traffic control officer for the day.
The skate park will also be closed during Nazareth Day and won't reopen until 3 p.m. Saturday.
The Vigilance Fire Co. No. 1 sponsors the fireworks, which start at 10 p.m.
