Martin on Main Festival Strums Along Saturday

The 6th annual Martin on Main takes place in downtown Nazareth Saturday.

Break out the guitars.

The 6th annual Martin on Main festival featuring live music, food and entertainment will be held from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday in historic downtown Nazareth.

Musicians from the Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum will perform acoustic guitar music from noon to 6 p.m. at the main stage on Center Square. Most will strum guitars but also play instruments such as banjos and mandolins.

This year's headliner is Richard Smith, a national finger-style guitar champion. He will play the main stage at 3 p.m.

Closing the main stage from 6-7 p.m. will be Lindsay Ell.

Also, there will be more music on a second stage located at the former KNBT bank on Main and Belvidere streets and a third stage at the Nazareth Center for the Arts on Belvidere Street.

And for the first time this year, there will be entertainment during the afternoon at The Prudential Choice Properties Office located on Main Street.
