Holy Family Festival Starts Friday

Annual Nazareth event features live entertainment.

Hey Nazareth -- Get ready for another summer festival.

One week after Nazareth Day ended, Holy Family Church holds its annual Family Festival.

The festivities kicked off with Ethnic Night Thursday. But the festival gets into high gear on Friday.

From Friday through Sunday, there will be games, rides, dancing and bingo. On Saturday night, is ride night with all rides $15 from 6-10 pm.

The festival takes place from 5-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 4-10 p.m. Sunday.

There will be a free shuttle from Boro-Park Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

  • Friday -- Friends
  • Saturday -- Uncle Smiley, Point-O-Eight
  • Sunday -- Josef Kroboth, Uncle Smiley
The food being featured includes clams, rib-eye steak sandwiches, funnel cake, fried dough, sausage sandwiches, pizza, turkey bbq, hot ham sandwiches, waffles and ice cream.

The festival is located at the end of west Center Street in Nazareth.
