Lower Nazareth Adult Actitivies Group Plans Fun Activities

Visit the Lower Nazareth Adult Activities Group for a pleasant way to pass the afternoon.

This very active group meets every Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:45 to 3:45 p.m. at the Lower Nazareth Municipal Building at 306 Butztown Road. Play a card or table game, or just chit chat. Friday is set aside for Bridge playing. Lessons are available. Members may also utilize an outside pavilion that contains shuffleboard and bocce courts.

Midpoint of each session there is a break for refreshments. An annual summer picnic is held at the pavilion in June and in December there is a Christmas luncheon. There are also covered dish affairs, luncheons and overnight bus trips. Most of the activities are free. This is due to the generosity of the Lower Nazareth-Hecktown Lions Club and the Township.

Other activities are planned in addition to the regular meetings. Every Friday several of the members meet in Bath to bowl. Members will often meet for lunch or dinner at local restaurants. Tours and overnight trips are planned to places such as Atlantic City or Cape May.

Lower Nazareth's older citizens are invited to join this active and friendly group. There is no membership fee and no dues. For more information, call Mark Pucillo at 610-759-9654.
