Adolescence can be a rewarding yet trying time for teens.  With the many changes that take place as teens grow closer to adulthood, life can become overwhelming.

 
Issues with friends, self esteem and identity  can contribute to feelings of loneliness, depression and anxiety.

In order to help cope with these feelings, support from a professional may be warranted.

If your adolescent child is suffering or is he/she is interested in support from others, please consider  a 6-week support group for teens.  The group will be led by

professionals with expertise in the area of child and adolescent development.

Angela Lutzi, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor and Sarah Dinan, M.S., Nationally Certified Counselor will facilitate this supoprt group.
 
This will be a 6 week psycho-educational group that will meet in NAZARETH, PA on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m.  

The first meeting will be held on Monday, June 4.

The cost per session is $25.00. Check with your health insurance company -- the cost of care may be partially covered!
 
A variety of topics will be discussed including:

Bullying, Gossip, Peer Pressure, Self-Esteem, Social Skills, Decision Making
