Upper Nazareth to Hold Township-Wide Yard Sale

Upper Nazareth will hold a township-wide yard sale on Saturday, June 2 and a clean-up day on Saturday, June 9.

Spring officially began on March 20, which means your spring cleaning should be in full swing.

However, if you're a procrastinator like me, then your spring cleaning will get done when the motivation presents itself.

Thankfully for residents, the township has offered that motivation.

A township-wide yard sale will be held Saturday, June 2 -- rain or shine.

Not only can you clean out some of that clutter, but you can also make a few bucks.

For items that can't be sold, the township will hold a clean-up day the following weekend from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 9.

Materials Accepted:

  • White goods
  • Yard waste
  • Metal goods
  • General trash
  • Wood materials
  • Tires - for a fee
  • Batteries - for a fee

Materials NOT Accepted:

  • Paint and chemicals

The drop-off location will be at East Penn Transfer Station, 4687 Hanoverville Road, #C, Bethlehem.

Anyone dropping off items will need proof of Upper Nazareth residency.

In addition to the above, the township now has a metal collection container at its yard waste facility, 155 Friedenstahl Avenue.

All metal items, including appliances, will be accepted.

Facility hours are Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
