New Traffic Patterns for Route 33/512 Interchange

PennDOT announces that new interchange patterns in Plainfield Township and Wind Gap start Tuesday.

This work is part of a $13,117,000 project that began in May to reconstruct the interchange of PA 33 and PA 512 approximately one mile of mainline PA 33.

The project is expected to be complete in May 2015.  

ROAD NAME: PA 33 BETWEEN: Belfast AND Monroe County Line

Type of Restriction: 24hours
RESTRICTION: The PA 33 north and south travel lanes will be restricted to 11 feet wide lanes to allow space for roadway construction. Oversized vehicles will need to seek alternate routes.

Type of Work: Construction Work being Done By: PENNDOT Contractor Type of Restriction: 24hours RESTRICTION: PA 512 will be restricted to one lane in each direction for road construction. START DATE: 07/09/2013 Est. Completion Date: 05/30/2015 Will Rain Cause Delays? YES
