The feature describes how the district maintains a high standard of academic excellence, produces champion-level performances from students in a wide range of sports and activities, and provides alternative “green” energy via solar power, among other things.

The theme of the piece is “education through innovation.” Lesky and Assistant Superintendent Michael Roth detailed the article for the school board during a presentation on Monday.
After noting the many district programs and partnerships lauded in the article, Lesky concluded by stating, “I’m just proud of everyone who works here.”
