Nazareth Ambulance Board Appointments Made

The Nazareth Borough Council has helped fill some holes on the Nazareth Ambulance Board of Directors.

At its June monthly meeting, the council approved two motions designed to get the ambulance board up to snuff.

Michael Macy was appointed to assume the board position vacated by former Mayor Fred Daugherty Jr. The term expires Dec. 31, 2014.

Council Vice President Larry Stoudt was also appointed as an alternate. That's a two-year term that expires on Dec. 31, 2014.

Councilman Carl Fischl, who chairs the fire committee, announced the appointments at the council meeting.
