8 Running for Nazareth Area School Board

Six incumbents and two newcomers vie for seven Nazareth Area School Board seats—meaning one person will be out.

Six familiar faces have entered the race for seven Nazareth Area School Board seats. Two newcomers have also thrown hats into the ring.

Region 1 (Bushkill Township, Tatamy and Palmer Township/Upper, West):

  • One four-year term: Lorin Bradley, incumbent, current board president

Region 2 (Eastern District of Upper Nazareth Township and all of Lower Nazareth Township):

  • One two-year term: Darrell W. Crook and Robert Pinel, both incumbents
  • Two four-year terms: Linda McDonald and Darrell W. Crook, both incumbents

Region 3 (Boroughs of Nazareth and Stockertown and the Western District of Upper Nazareth Township):

  • One two-year term: Zackary P.R. Audenried and Linda Gerenser Stubits, both newcomers
  • Two four-year terms: Linda Gerenser Stubits, newcomer; Dominic Villani, incumbent, and Maurice Heller, incumbent

All school board candidates are cross-filed as Democrats and Republicans.
