Woman Tried to Cheat Walmart's Return Policy, Police say

Loriann Graham, 41, of Wayne County is accused of trying to cash in on a returned vacuum cleaner she never purchased in the first place.

Colonial Regional Police say a Wayne County woman attempted to return a vacuum cleaner to the Lower Nazareth Walmart Thursday afternoon... without having paid for it in the first place.

Loriann Graham, 41, of Newfoundland, is charged with one count of retail theft.

According to court papers, Walmart security spotted Graham put a vacuum cleaner in her shopping cart and then take it to customer service and try to "return" it.
