Upper Nazareth Fire Chief Honored for 30 Years of Service

Keith Garrity, the chief of the Upper Nazareth Fire Department, was honored Monday night for 30 years of service with the company.

Keith Garrity, the chief of the , celebrated 30 years of service with the company in April 2012. Garrity joined the department as a junior firefighter at age 15.

To honor his dedication, his fellow volunteers awarded him with a 30-year appreciation plaque at the department's monthly meeting Monday night.

As Garrity accepted his award, he was given a standing ovation.
