Traffic Stop Nets Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia
Colonial Regional Police discover 28.5 grams of marijuana, two digital scales, a marijuana cigarette and drug paraphernalia inside a car being driven by a Hanover Township man.
Initially pulled over for speeding, two Hanover Township men are facing multiple drug charges after a officer saw a marijuana cigarette in plain view, according to police.
On Nov. 25, Adam Bittner, 23, of the 300 block of Pine Top Trail in Hanover Township, and Ryan Hahn, 21, of the same address, were pulled over for speeding on Steuben Road near Troy Court in Lower Nazareth Township.
The Colonial Regional officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to a press release. The officer also saw a marijuana cigarette in plain view.

The Chevrolet sedan was impounded. After a search warrant was obtained, officers discovered 28.5 grams of marijuana, two digital scales, a marijuana cigarette and drug paraphernalia.
Bittner and Hahn both face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary traffic offenses.

The charges will be filed through District Judge Joseph Barner's office.
In 2010, according to court documents, Hahn was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic offenses in Hanover Township.
