Police: Woman Hides in Lower Nazareth Gas Station Bathroom to Escape Domestic Assault

Jethron Walker, 35, is in Lehigh County Prison under $10,000 bail for the assault charge and for a warrant out of Allentown.

A female ran into the Top Star Express Exxon in Lower Nazareth Township on March 22 with a bloody nose and a fat lip, according to , and locked herself in the gas station’s bathroom.

Police say her boyfriend, Jethron Walker, 35, of Allentown, pounded on the bathroom door and attempted to gain entry.

Employees called police and when they arrived, Walker was found sitting outside.  He smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech, according to police.

After testing, Walker’s BAC level was found to be at .32 percent, according to police. He was arrested for simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Also wanted on an arrest warrant out of Allentown, Walker was sent to Lehigh County Prison under $5,000 bail and was given an additional $5,000 bail for the assault charges, according to police.
