Police: Easton Man Arraigned as Fugitive

The following information was supplied by Colonial Regional Police. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A 30-year-old Easton man stopped by Colonial Regional police on Bath Pike in Hanover Township has been arraigned on a fugitive from justice complaint, according to Colonial Regional police.

Moises "Alejandro" Herrera-Zuniga, of 14th Street, did not have a valid driver's license and was driving a car with a suspended registration when stopped at 8:33 p.m. Friday, police said.

While checking on his license, police said they learned that an arrest warrant had been issued for Herrera-Zuniga on charges of theft, motor vehicle unlawful taking, rogue and vagabond in South Annapolis, MD.

He was arraigned on the fugitive complaint before District Judge Patricia Romig-Passaro and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $30,000 straight bail.
