Nazareth Woman Faces Homicide By Vehicle Charges, Police Say

A Nazareth woman was driving with a suspended license when she struck and killed two men in Lehigh County last year, authorities said Tuesday.

Caitlyn Clark, 27, of 16 South St., was charged with homicide by vehicle in the death of Easton resident Angel Bosch, 29, and Allentown resident Elias Tabarani, 53, at a LANTA stop in Hanover Township on Sept. 10.

Two other men—Angel Guerrido-Lopez and Lawrence Oyster, both of Allentown—were injured.

According to the Lehigh County District Attorney's office, the four men were waiting at the bus stop at Race and Cascade streets when they were hit by Clark's SUV. 

Police say witnesses saw Clark's vehicle weaving along the road a half-mile from the bus stop. After swerving three times, the SUV allegedly hit a telephone pole before running into the four men. Tarbani was pronounced dead at the scene. Bosch died at St. Luke's Hospital.

Clark is charged with two counts each of homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter, along with four counts each of aggravated assault by vehicle, accident involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, and reckless endangerment. She also faces several summary citations for various traffic offenses. 

Clark was due to be arraigned Tuesday.
