Nazareth Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 14-year-old Friends Agrees to Plea

After working out a plea deal, Jason Lippincott, 32, of Nazareth is expected to plead guilty in Northampton County Court to sexually assaulting two 14-year-old friends.

A plea deal is in the works for a 32-year-old Nazareth man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her 14-year-old friend.

About an hour after the preliminary hearing for Jason Lippincott was set to begin Monay, plea deal negotiations ended and Lippincott was finally ready to face District Judge John Capobianco.

According to Jason Rendal Antoine, Lippincott's defense attorney, his client will plead guilty in Northampton County Court to charges of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and statutory sexual assault.

When the deal was explained to the girls, who nervously chatted inside Capobianco's courtroom, it was mentioned that Lippincott would issue an apology.

"I don't want it," one of the girls said.

When Lippincott entered the room, the girls -- one working hard to hold back sobs -- held each other.

According to a police criminal complaint, Lippincott repeatedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl between October 2011 and March 2012. The alleged assaults, court records say, occurred at two different locations in the borough.

Lippincott also allegedly provided the girl alcohol, fondled her and tried to force her to perform oral sex, according to court records.

A second criminal complaint details the alleged sexual assault of the girl's 14-year-old friend on May 4 and 5.

During the May incidents, according to court records, Lippincott allegedly kissed the girl while pushing her against a wall. The following day, the girl was inside a tent when Lippincott entered and laid down next to her. He then allegedly rubbed her stomach and grabbed her thigh. The girl told police she was able to get away and speak to an adult.

Lippincott was arrested by Officer Stephen Schleig after a lengthy investigation, according to police.

He was released from Northampton County Prison on Sept. 14 after posting $15,000 bail. His bail was reduced for both cases to 10 percent of $75,000.

Lippincott's formal arraignment will be held in January.
