Nazareth Man Accused of Choking Fiancée's 15-Year-Old Son
Matthew Moore, 37, of Nazareth, allegedly choked and screamed at his fiancée's 15-year-old son Sunday afternoon; Moore accused the teen of stealing a radio.
A Nazareth man has been charged with choking the 15-year-old son of his fiancée while accusing him of stealing a radio from his garage.
Matthew Moore, 37, of the 100 block of S. Broad St., was charged with simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and harassment in connection with the incident Sunday afternoon.
The teen told police Moore choked him and screamed at him for allegedly stealing the radio, court records say. The teen had red marks around his neck but was not seriously injured.

Moore came to the after finding out the teen was there, the records say. He was taken into custody at the station.
Moore was arraigned Sunday night by on-duty District Judge Robert Hawke of Lehigh Township and released on $8,000 unsecured bail.
