According to a criminal complaint filed by Officer Stephen Schleig, a 14-year-old girl told police she was sexually assaulted by Riley between late May and the end of July behind a house on the 100 block of Belvidere Street and inside the unisex bathroom of Diva Wash & Dry.

A second 14-year-old girl told police she also was sexually assaulted behind a house on Belvidere Street, and she provided Schleig with text messages from Riley that were sexual in nature, court records say. Riley coerced her into performing oral sex, the court records say.
