Man Injured in Lower Nazareth Crash

State Police at Belfast report on accident on Easton-Nazareth Highway Monday morning.

A New Jersey man has been injured in a crash in Lower Nazareth Township Monday morning, state police said.

State Police at Belfast reported that Anthony J. Arroyo, 25, of Hawthorne, N.J., suffered injuries of unknown severity when the vehicle he was driving fell on its side.

The 9:33 a.m. Monday crash occurred when Arroyo was attempting to turn left from Route 248 onto the north ramp of Route 33, police said.

The vehicle rolled over on its passenger side and slid several feet before coming to a rest.

He was not wearing a seat belt.

Arroyo was taken to St. Luke's Anderson by Bethlehem Township EMS.

State Trooper William Brooks was the investigating officer.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call state police.
