Richard Buskirk charged in meth operation police had busted earlier this month.

Police have charged a third person in a Bushkill Township meth case that already involves twin sisters accused of making the drug.

Richard Buskirk, 49, of Plainfield Township, is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, operating a meth lab, illegally dumping methamphetamine waste, unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine with a minor present, possession of the precursors to make methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to court records, police learned Buskirk had been cooking meth at a home on Old Allentown Road following a raid there earlier this month. Police say Buskirk was cooking meth on the property, and then dumping the waste product there as well, police said

Buskirk was arraigned before on duty District Judge Jacqueline Taschner, and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Two sisters, Kerri and Kristi Graham, both 40, have already been charged.

Police say three boys—ages 12, 11 and 4—were living in the home at the time, and have been turned over to the Division of Children, Youth and Families.
