The records list three prior retail theft convictions, the latest one in June. They do not say where the thefts occurred.
Dellisanti was arraigned later on Dec. 26 by on-duty District Judge Jackie Taschner of Palmer Township on a charge of retail theft. Because of the prior convictions, the charge rises to the more serious level of a felony offense. He was taken to Northampton County Prison after failing to post 10 percent of $35,000 bail.
