Gas Station Employee Accused of Selling Synthetic Marijuana

Hardeep Minhas of Nazareth is accused of selling synthetic marijuana out of the Sunoco gas station on Nazareth Pike in Lower Nazareth Township.

A Nazareth man is accused of selling two bottles of synthetic marijuana to a confidential informant out of the Sunoco gas station in Lower Nazareth Township.

According to , the confidential informant was working with the Northampton County Drug Task Force on Jan. 28 when Hardeep Minhas, 28, sold the informant a bottle of Wicked X Potpourri and a bottle
of Cherry Bomb Potpourri.

Both of the bottles contained the synthetic cannabinoid AM-2201, a schedule one controlled substance, according to police.

An arrest warrant was obtained for Minhas, of 4 Belvidere St., Apt. 6.

He was arraigned before on March 19 and charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

He was released on $7,500 unsecured bail, according to court records.
