'Fully Involved' House Fire on Bickert Lane in Bushkill Township

Multiple fire departments have been dispatched to a home on Bickert Lane -- just off W. Aluta Mill Road -- in Bushkill Township for a "fully involved" house fire.

UPDATE, 9:36 a.m.: 's police chief was not yet available this morning, and the investigating officer, Randy Knauss, was in a meeting when Patch called for an update on last night's fire.

UPDATE, 11:39 p.m.: The fire is under control, according to scanner reports.

There are two houses listed for Bickert Lane under Northampton County property records. The first, 100 Bickert Lane, is owned by Ashley Jacoby. The second, 102 Bickert Lane, is owned by U.S. Bank National Association, and had been purchased in Aug. 2011.

It is unclear which property is involved.

Original Post, 10:49 p.m.: Multiple fire departments have been dispatched to a home on Bickert Lane -- just off W. Aluta Mill Road -- in Bushkill Township for a "fully involved" house fire.

The home is vacant and there is no entrapment, according to Breaking News Network.

Fire police are not letting anyone near the fire due to high voltage power lines in the area. Bushkill Township police has requested Met-Ed to the scene to turn off all power to the area.

At around 11:15 p.m., the fire marshal was headed to the scene. Not soon after, Fire Chief Brian Stahl requested to dispatch the township's Ladies Auxiliary.

Fire departments from , , and townships have all been called to the scene, as well as .

It's not Ashley's house , she is fine. She is a friend of mine.

I was worried about that... I am glad it wasn't Ashley's house. So it was the vacant one at 102 Bickert Road. I wonder how that started. I smell foul play.
