Flags Lowered to Honor Philly Firefighters

Flags were lowered at local fire companies to honor two brethren who died this week.

Residents of the greater Nazareth area may have noticed that flags at local volunteer fire departments were lowered to half-staff this week - but they might not realize why.

The flags were lowered to honor two firefighters who died Monday while battling a blaze at a vacant warehouse in Philadelphia.

The two men of Ladder Company 10 died when a wall and roof of a furniture store next to the warehouse collapsed.
