Criminal Mischief at Nazareth American Legion

State Police at Belfast have reported a criminal mischief incident in the Nazareth American Legion parking lot.

A harassment/criminal mischief incident took place recently in the parking lot of the Nazareth American Legion, state police said.

State Police at Belfast reported that the incident took place just after midnight on May 19 and involved two Easton residents.

Brian Baker, 35, of Easton was charged with harassment and criminal mischief through non-traffic citations in district court, a state police press release said.

Baker allegedly had an argument with a 45-year-old Easton woman, threw her cell phone to the ground and broke it and then subjected her to physical contact, police said.

State Trooper William Brooks was the investigating officer.
