Colonial Regional Police Adds New Officer, Promotes 12-Year Veteran to Sergeant

Michael Enstrom, a 12-year veteran, is promoted to sergeant, while Thomas Migliore is sworn in as a new officer.

The department added a new officer to its roster Wednesday after District Judge James Narlesky swore in Thomas Migliore, according to a press release.

Migliore, an Easton resident, served in the Marine Corps for four years.  He received an honorable discharge after attaining the rank of corporal.

Before joining CRPD, Migliore was a part-time patrol officer for Wilson Borough; an Easton Area School District officer; and a patrol and K-9 officer for the City of Easton, according to the release.

Michael Enstrom, who has been with CRPD for 12 years, was promoted to sergeant on Nov. 22.

Enstrom served in the Army for three years, attaining the rank of Special E-4.  He specialized in communications, according to the release.

He attended Central Texas College and took four classes toward a criminal justice degree at Northampton Community College.

Enstrom and his wife Jennifer have two sons, Hunter and Noah.
