Bushkill Township Man Charged with Home Improvement Fraud

A Bushkill Township man who operated a fencing company allegedly took an $8,000 deposit to install a fence at a home in Hanover Township, Northampton County, but never installed the fence or returned the deposit, according to .

Walter Jesse Fry Jr., 51, of the 200 block of East Mountain Road, was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, deceptive and fraudulent business practices, and home improvement fraud.

Fry was arraigned before District Judge James Narlesky and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
