TOXIC UN-PROFESSIONALISM !

It has been brought to my attention that the current chief of police within Nazareth Borough talks down to his fellow police officers, mainly Officer Steven Shlieg, in such an un-professional manner that he should immediately be removed from his post. This is a quote : " You are a worthless piece of s- - t ! "   As a resident of Nazareth borough I am deeply concerned that the leader of a police force would say anything like this to a fellow officer !? SHOCKING !  If this individual speaks to his officers like this, and they are to be working together- collectively - in harmony, then there is no doubt of how this "chief" feels about the people he is supposed to serve within Nazareth Borough. I have met Officer Shlieg numerous times and Steven is a well mannered, professional- even keeled- representative for Nazareth Borough. I have many residents who completely agree with my opinion. Nazareth does not need a leader of a police force speaking to his officers like this and then placing them out into the public to protect and serve . This is a shining example of completely obstinate and entitled behavior that is not conducive to the betterment of ANY community . This person needs to find a new pin cushion to rule over  and anyone who would join hands with this kind of leadership should be removed from their post as well. This is un-healthy and a complete abuse of the powers that have been bestowed to the job itself. This is a matter of principle - a fundamental truth - not personality. There is serious " Cahoots " here and all of this should be brought out into the bright  sunlight.  Nazareth does not need this, cut your loses, which are actually a huge gain, and remove this individual. This is a very poor example of a police chief.
