south Street detour

We need to park cars on both sides of South St to slow down the speed on our street. Apparently it is no big deal to law enforcement or PENNDOT until something fatal happens. The project manager for the job should be fired for his lack of concern. At least 3 out of 5 drivers using South St are on the phone or texting. With cars parked on both sides of the street, drivers will be forced to drive slower and be more aware of what is going on around them. Also, the STOP sign at Main and South needs to be uncovered and made into a 3way Stop. Safety for thr residents of this detour should be priority #1. The PennDot official in charge should be more attentative to our neighborhood. If not, then that official should be removed from that position.
