Express Trash in my Yard

How can we stop the papers being thrown in our yards in Upper Nazareth. I have called the Express to complain, nothing happens. This is littering as far as I am concerned. I DON"T WANT THE EXPRESS SO STOP PUSHING YOUR ADVERTISING ON ME!
