2nd Nephcure walk
2nd annual Nephcure walk and First ever softball game hosted by upper nazareth fire dept....
Aidan is 7 and he has a chronic kidney disease called FSGS which he is going to require a transplant in the near furture, Nephcure foundation is the only foundation that does research into this rare kidney disease, by having the walk we raise money to hopefully find a cure!!! please come out and support aidan and nephcure!!
