Road Work for the Week of Sept. 24

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24 to 25, crews will patch potholes on Delabole Road between State Park Road and First Street in Plainfield Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 24 to 25, crews will tackle an unspecified type of work on Route 512 between Bushkill Center Road and the Route 33 interchange in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 26, crews will tackle an unspecified type of work on Old Allentown Road between Mountain Road and Route 512 in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 26 to 27, crews will patch potholes on Route 191 between School Road and Pennsylvania Avenue, which stretches from Plainfield Township to Bangor. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 27, crews will tackle an unspecified type of work on Male Road -- near Old Allentown Road -- in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions. 

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 27 to 28, crews will cut brush along Scenic Drive between Mountain View Drive and Delps Road in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 28, crews will tackle an unspecified type of work on State Park Road between Jacobsburg and Church roads in Bushkill and Plainfield townships. There will be lane restrictions.
