Road Work for the Week of Oct. 1

PennDOT will be working on Routes 512, 248 and 946 in the Nazareth area this week.

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 1 to 2, crews will patch potholes on Route 512 between Yost Road and Barrall Avenue in Bath. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 1 to 3, crews will cut brush along Delabole Road between State Park Road and Broadway, which stretches from Plainfield Township to Bangor. There will be lane restrictions. 
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 1 to 5, crews will mill and pave Route 946 between N. Summit and Ranger roads in Moore Township. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 3, crews will perform bridge inspections on Northampton Street between 25th Street and Wood Avenue in Palmer Township. There will be eastbound lane restrictions from 9 a.m. to noon; westbound lane restrictions from noon to 3 p.m.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 3, crews will perform bridge inspections on Route 248 between Route 33 and 13th Street in Palmer Township. There will be eastbound lane restrictions from 9 a.m. to noon; westbound lane restrictions from noon to 3 p.m.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 5, crews will cut brush along Route 248 between Daniels and Penn Dixie roads in Upper Nazareth Township. There will be lane restrictions.
