Road Work for the Week of Nov. 28

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 28, crews will be picking up litter, cleaning drains and installing signs on Route 33 north between State Park and Kromer roads in Bushkill Township. The right lane of Route 33 north will be closed.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 and 29, crews will be patching potholes on Route 248 between Hollo Road and S. Main Street in Lower Nazareth Township and Nazareth. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 to Dec. 1, crews will be patching the roadway on Route 33 ramps between Hecktown Road and Male Street in Bushkill Township. There will be lane and ramp restrictions. Be alert for slow moving vehicles.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 29, crews will be inspecting Route 33 south bridges between Route 191 and Filetown Road in Plainfield Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 29 and 30, crews will be doing Route 33 bridge inspections between Route 191 and Henry Road in Plainfield Township. There will be southbound lane restrictions on Nov. 29; northbound lane restrictions on Nov. 30.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 30, crews will be doing an unspecified type of work on Route 946 between Routes 191 and 248 in Upper and Lower Nazareth townships. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 30, crews will be inspecting Route 33 north bridges between Route 191 and Filetown Road in Plainfield Township. There will be lane restrictions.

• From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 2, crews will be patching the roadway on Route 512 between Bushkill Center and Jacobsburg roads in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions.
