Road Work for the Week of Nov. 26

PennDOT crews will tackle projects along Belfast Road and Routes 22, 33 and 248.

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26 to 27, crews will do drainage work on Route 22 between 13th and 4th streets in Easton. There will be eastbound lane restrictions. 
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26 to 27, crews will inspect Route 33 bridges between the Hecktown Road and Route 248 exits in Lower Nazareth Township. There will be northbound lane restrictions on Nov. 26. There will be southbound lane restrictions on Nov. 27.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26 to 27, crews will repair a Route 33 bridge near Route 209 in Hamilton Township, Monroe County. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 26 to 28, crews will do “highway beautification” work along Route 33 between Routes 78 and 22 in Bethlehem Township. There will be northbound lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 27 to 29, crews will seal cracks on Route 248 between Gracedale Avenue and Hollo Road in Upper and Lower Nazareth townships. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 27 to 29, crews will do soil remediation work along Route 33 between the Snydersville and Sciota exits in Hamilton Township, Monroe County. There will be southbound lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 28 to 29, crews will do drainage work on Route 22 between 4th and 13th streets in Easton. There will be westbound lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 28 to 29, crews will do “highway beautification” work along Route 33 between Routes 78 and 22 in Bethlehem Township. There will be southbound lane restrictions. 
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 30, crews will do an unspecified type of work on Belfast Road between State Park and Bangor roads in Bushkill and Plainfield townships. There will be lane restrictions.
