Road Work for the Week of Aug. 20
PennDOT crews are scheduled to do various projects on area roads, including Route 946, Delabole Road, Mauch Chunk Street and Route 191.
Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:
- From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 20 to 21, crews will do “base repair” on Route 946 between Routes 512 and 248 in Moore, and townships. There will be lane restrictions.
- From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 20 to 22, crews will cut brush along Delabole Road between State Park Road and First Street in and townships. There will be lane restrictions.
- From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 22, crews will do “base repair” on Mauch Chunk Street / Penn Allen Road between Route 946 and Kohl Street in Upper Nazareth Township and . There will be lane restrictions.
- From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 22 to 23, crews will patch potholes on Route 191 between School Road and Pennsylvania Avenue, which stretches from Plainfield Township to Roseto Borough. There will be lane restrictions.
