Road Work for the Week of April 8

PennDOT crews will tackle projects and bridge inspections on Newburg Road and on Routes 33, 946 and 248.

Make your commute a little easier by avoiding the following road work this week:

  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 8, crews will seal cracks on Route 33 between Routes 191 and 22 in Palmer and Lower Nazareth townships. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 8, crews will patch potholes on Route 946 / Daniels Road between Yost Road and Route 512 in Bushkill Township. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 9-10, crews will inspect Route 33 bridges between Route 22 and the Newburg Road overpass in Lower Nazareth and Bethlehem townships. There will be northbound lane restrictions on April 9. There will be southbound lane restrictions on April 10.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 9-10, crews will patch potholes on Newburg Road between Walnut Street and Route 191 in Lower Nazareth Township. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 11, crews will seal cracks on Route 33 between Routes 22 and 191 in Palmer and Lower Nazareth townships. There will be lane restrictions.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 11, crews will inspect Route 248 bridges between Hecktown Road and Route 191 in Lower Nazareth Township. There will be eastbound lane restrictions from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be westbound lane restrictions from noon to 3 p.m.
  • From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 11, crews will inspect Route 248 bridges between Hollo Road and Wegmans Drive in Lower Nazareth Township. There will be lane restrictions.
