The Colonial Regional Police Department is accepting applications for a full-time records manager / police secretary. Applications will be accepted until Feb. 15, 2013.

The candidate must be reliable, organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, work independently and be able to maintain confidentially. Computer skills with a concentration in Excel and Word are required. Experience in CODY Police Records Management system a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience and skills.

Dutch Springs is hiring outgoing, energetic individuals for various full- and part-time positions, including lifeguards with current Red Cross certification, for the 2013 season (April to November).

Must be 15 years or older.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Process all financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritize multiple customer demands to provide maximum service levels to all customers which includes engaging customers promptly, in a professional manner, within the brand culture.
• Maintain basic knowledge of all products and services available to customers along with systems and procedures pertaining to the branch.
• Assist with daily responsibilities of the branch and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer and math skills
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Customer service / sales experience preferred
